Capsicum cream any good for arthritis?

my hospital reg uses this for nerve pain and oa(osteo arthritis)

I've tried it - they said it doesn't work for everyone and sadly it did nothing for me You have to remember not to get in a hot bath while you're using it, I forgot once and the burning sensation lasted for hours!

I used this stuff years ago, left some on my fingers, to it to my eyes, it really hurt for a long time
