Has anyone used vitamin b12 or heard of its use for peripheral neuropathy? It has been mentioned to me as helpful.

Hi Nora - I have Vitamin B12 injections as my B12 is in the lower 3rd of the range. Peripheral neuropathy can be caused by a lack of Vitamin B12 - if you Google it, it will give you all the details. I have been diagnosed with small fibre neuropathy, but they don't know the cause of it as yet. My only advice is to get your B12 checked at the docs and then take it from there. Maggie.

I think it is important that you discuss this with your GP and have a blood test first, to rule out associated pernicious anaemia and determine your B12 levels.
