Poly myalgia Rheumatica

Pain particularly in left side of neck and stiffness. Some headaches too. Others’ experience on steroid dosage to overcome this flare-up.

I’m suffering too, pain in left side of neck, pain in my arms when I try to blow dry my hair. Pain in legs. Weaning off steroids (currently on 3mg prednisone) and newly into Methotrexate. Side effects awful - could take 12 weeks to take effect. I feel for you. Really hoping things get better for the pair of us. I’m a few days off 69 by the way. Take care.
