Hi Joe, i also have neuropathic pain (CPS) from an internal brain injury over two decades ago. I have been on Pregabalin since it first came out many years ago. Having run the gauntlet of meds but this one had the least side effects so i stuck with it. Far from perfect but better than nothing.
