I am not on this medication myself but have used nearly all of the steroid inhalers. I belong to a number of groups which support lung conditions and from memory nobody as ever related Clenill with bone pain. However long term steroid use can cause thinning of the bone in some people which can make osteoarthritis worse. I would speak with your GP regarding your symptoms.

Thank you. Have tried on 2 separate occasions and each time suffered bad bone pain in wrists and other places. Weeks and weeks apart.Consultant told me rhe clenil 2 can't possibly cause it and more or less called me a liar.

Now using the clenil 100 for have a few spares

HelloI had to change from Clenill to pulmicort which is budesonide. I had terrible chest pain between the breasts while using it and it hasn’t returned since the change to pulmicort.

Hope this helps
