Long story short, I was working out alot 3 years ago untill I injured my knees. That followed up by a bunch of more injuries due to overtraining and stupidity.
It has been two years since my last injury and I still have constant pain in my shoulder, lower back and upper back.
Hurt my shoulder while benching heavy. The front side is the one in pain, hurts when lifting stuff above my head etc. Sometimes it just hurts by itself. (2 years ago)
Hurt my lowerback while dead lifting. One side hurts down in my the glute when I flex my stomach. The other side kinda lingers and down the leg sometimes but mostly hurts in the lower back. (1.5 years ago)
My upper back, neck, traps and rhomboids started getting really right and hurt out of nowhere, not sure why. They are almost constantly in pain, it's better some days tho. (1.5 years ago)
Those three are the worst of my injuries, I can't think of anything else than the fact that I am in constant pain.
I have visited chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors. Done rehab multiple days a week for 2 years. Still in pain.
