What is this? pain killers not helping

Constant pain on waking in thighs, lower back, upper arms and base of skull. marginally better as day progresses but never goes away

I recently found out that this sort of pain that either wakes you in the night or in early morning, and is worse in the morning, is often caused by inflammation. Have you tried using NSAIDs to see if it makes it better?

It might be a good idea to tell your GP about it.
