neck shoulder swelling

does anyone have any recommendation for stretches in the neck/shoulder muscles? the tension is spreading to my ears and temples so its really hard to concentrate or turn my head

Just a thought there are many on line sites with advice on shoulder problems and exercises to improve the flexibility of the joint. NHS has several sites on varied joints too. Remember to warm up I use a walking stick to carryout shoulder exercises and massage is a good solution for tension. stretching a towel between your shoulders with your hands is a good one too . U tube often has videos of exercises from light to heavy, which are the same as the ones reccommended by physio .
