Hi I'm New here. My chest pain has been with me for about 3 weeks, What rest should I be taking? Is it safe to play golf and cut the grass.

Ive been for all the necessary tests and all is clear and but chest pains interrupt my sleep whats the safe treatment as well as rest

Do you know what is causing the chest pain? Is is muscular? Also which country are you in? Some countries are still in lockdown where playing golf would not be allowed.

So the answer would be it all depends!

Your doctor should have advised you what exercise you can do. Doctor also should have advised what is causing the chest pain
