Migraine/thirst plus

i have a variety of health conditions including migraines which are back with a vengeance since lockdown. The latest addition is terrible thirst at night. I am sleeping well but wake about 6 times in the night with the thirst then every morning bad headache over left eye. Urine very strong smelling. Any thoughts please. I am 79.

Check your blood sugar. Can cause both symptoms if high. Bilirubin and UA need done. What meds are you taking?

Hello Ethereal. So sorry it has taken so long. I immediately started the water routine which my husband has been trying to press on me for years. It has already helped. My phone is so full it is not allowing me to do normal things like reply. Have finally managed to meet up with my laptop which is always is the wrong part of the house. Thank you for replying. Are you drinking 2 & a half pints of water a day? If not, then it would be a good idea to do so.
