The past week I’m having horrible lower back pain right above the butt crack area. And On the left butt cheek. It is felt more laying down. I have been able to get by but last night it radiated down both legs on my calf’s and thighs. Front and back. The pain had me in tears. I took another Advil and used a heating pad on my back and it got a little better but the back pain still persist. I tossed and turned all night because if I stay on one side the throbbing persisted. Using the heating pad again right now and both feet are tingling. I had this for a week today. It went away for a couple days and now it’s back. I first thought it was ovulation pain but now I’m unsure.

Sounds like my problem in the 1990's ended up having a back op. Even though I have pains now and again, I am certainly happier than before the op. They do try physio first.
Another problem I had 2 years ago was piriformis, which again is a back problem, had physio and amytriptaline. Not bad now. I really hope you get comfort.
That pain would be paraesthesia coming from the pressure on the nerves in the sacral/lower lumbar area. You definitely need to find the cause of it. In my case, my whole spine is unstable (hypermobile) and moving it carelessly, some sitting and sleeping positions cause the pressure on the nerves and different radiating sensations (so - paraesthesia ). That is why also in your case it differs throughout the week. It might be herniated disk, so u should do MRI. Did you ever have any experiences with similar pain?
Firstly go see your doctor, they can help with pain management and look into the course.
This can be a number of things so don't worry, but don't put it off.
Sometimes this can be put right by simple exercisers, like being on all fours and arching your back upwards while pulling your tummy in. A good exercise for faltering and shaping your tummy as well.
It is important that you talk to your doctor first as with any back problems you might be making it worse.
I don't know how old you are but it could also be a touch of rheumatism coming in, so improving your diet may well help as well.
