Pregabalin and codeine

Hi I have chiari malformation and have tried many drugs for the pain I experience. Ivd gone back into pregabalin and trying to cope with the dizziness ect but I've still got severe headaches till I get up to the 300mg just wondering is anyone else on this and taking codeine too? Codeine is my painkiller used regularly before pregabalin thank you. If nobody does I will go to pharmacy and ask

Hello, I have been taking pregabalin for small fibre neuropathy for some years. As it often doesn't work too well I asked my doctor whether I could try a small dose of codeine with it at night. The two seem to combine to work well for me and allow me to sleep at night. This combination allows me to function. I try not to use it all the time though as it also causes constipation. I would say it's worth a try. Hope this helps.
