No idea what tests have been done. So no one can comment. What tests have been done?

You need to find some way to get a second opinion. Worth seeing an Alexander Teacher. They will make you aware of a lack of muscle tone problem. They will also make you aware of head out of alignment problem.

loop-shaped canals in your inner ear contain fluid and fine, hairlike sensors that help you keep your balance. At the base of the canals are the utricle and saccule, each containing a patch of sensory hair cells. Within these cells are tiny particles (otoconia) that help monitor the position of your head in relation to gravity and linear motion, such as going up and down in an elevator or moving forward and backward in a car.

For the above to work well the head needs to balanced on top of the spine. Sometimes the head can get off alignment. This can cause problems because the loop-shaped canals in your inner ear become tilted and so are misaligned.

Another balance mechanism is the eyes. The eyes rely on the head not being misaligned.

If the head is misaligned the reflexes in the neck which have an influence on the tone in the legs may interfere wrongly with tone. Too little tone and the blood pressure drops result dizziness.

There may be rightness in what I suggest. Or it may be totally wrong. All you can do is investigate. What I have suggested is not an area that the medical profession know much about. Muscle behaviour issues generally is an area the complementary work with.

That's very interesting I've never heard of that before I'm dealing with a bad bout of dizziness. I had severe vertigo 2 yrs ago which went away after a course of anti sickness meds and exercise. But this doesn't feel the same they are investigating my bloods at the moment been on anti sticky pills 3 weeks with no effect I'll ask doctor to see if he's heard of this thank you
