Pregnant with baby number 2 and hyper mobility syndrome

Hi everyone

Found out I’m having a beautiful baby next spring couldn’t be more happy.

I’ve got hyper mobility of the hip, I’m on crutches and generally on rest.

I Went to the doctors today to be taken off all my meds (tramadol morphine oramorph) he said I can continue to take cocodamol.

Anyone else had this and found some more natural ways to help with pain? Ice and heat do nothing for it.

Any suggestions would be very helpful thank you
