can i ask how to remove the effect of meth from my bloodstream? since i quit for about 3 month my nerves always disturbing me

i only take meth about 4 month only for do my job at midnight. nothing else. im not gonna use it for addicted. even though i didnt addicted at all. just effect with my body. i recently read about how long meth can be clean up in blood preassure takes 9 month or above .
