Tramadol reduction

Hi everyone. Just to say I have managed to get off the tramadol. Felt terrible at first, but not so bad at the end. So glad to be off them, perhaps I will get my memory back! Thanks to everyone who replied to my original post. Best wishes to everyone.

Not sure yet. I already take gabapentin and am currently only combining it with paracetamol. But I have recently had a facet joint injection, so am currently not too bad. Maybe go back to Zapain that I used to take before the morphine and then the tramadol.

It’s awful getting off tramadol I felt terrible at first! I was on slow release tramadol 300mg I’m now down to 50mg, next week finishing off taking 50mg every other day then Im off them for good.

Congratulations on managing. I think I am still feeling some of the aftereffects as I don't feel great, but glad I manged it and I'm sure you will be glad.

Thank you! I’m sure you still feeling the effects withdrawal as pain can be a sign of withdrawal I was on both morphine and Tramadol and I had to choose one so I chose morphine as it really helped with the pain at first. Xx
