Having tubes tied

I’ve never really talked about this on here but I’ve suffered for 10 years with awful large painful cysts on my overies. I normally get them every 4 months sometimes I’ve had them removed or they’ve burst on their own.

Before I got extremely ill with my hip and general health I wanted to have my tubes tied and they said it will help .

Now im bedbound with my hip anyway getting a flare up or the pain in my stomach is just far to much than I can cope with. Also I have absolutely no intention of ever having another child it’s not possible for me to look after another one.

I had a meeting a few months ago and they said even with all my medical problems and reasons they won’t do it because I only have one child and I’m only 27 (28 this year) and that I have to wait until I’m at least 30.

Has anyone else had any luck appealing this discussion and having it done before 30 anyway??
