I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2010 and have since developed osteoporosis. I have had painful lower back for years but recently I getting pain in my neck which seems to be progressing. I have recently had a bone scan which showed no evidence of progression.

Is my neck pain due to osteoporosis or could it be more sinister?

Sorry to hear your pain has increased DaveF1948

It is likely your osteoporosis is causing this but obviously we can not make a diagnosis.

You would probably gain more useful advice if you join the prostrate cancer forum here on HU. Go to My Communities at top of page and type in the drop down box.

Good Luck
