Have you seen the doctor yet?
Have you ever asked for blood tests to check any nutrients levels?
Have you Googled NHS choices symptoms of Vitamin B12 and Folate deficiency?
Have you any medical conditions? Any arthritis? Neck? Lumbar spine?
Could be a trapped nerve. Go to a doc and get some blood tested.
We would need just a teenchy weenchy bit more information.
I get this every time I hold my wifes' hand.
But I'll kill you if I see you doing that!
