Thank you for replies it seems that amitripilitine helps with sleep and yes I have no problems with that

It is the most horrible pains in muscles in the morning that I am struggling with it last until about 11 o'clock so I was thinking that I was taking them at the wrong time but it seems not

It seems that we all have the same problems in mornings

I wonder what getting up later would be like

Can't walk very much without crutches anyway but it would be nice to walk without crutches oops sorry gone back into moaning program must not do that

If anyone can come up

With what can be done with these pills much appreciated

Hope you all have a good day or as best as you can

I also take morphine regabapentin

Steroids thanks

Many people have the same problem, Rusty. I read, a long while back that our natural pain killers disappear while we sleep and that it takes quite a while before they kick in again. It makes sense to me but some will surely know if that is right. Polly x
