Good Morning.

My story is far too long and too boring to tell but ... what I would like to ask is, has anyone ever had a Oppitical Nerve Block done to confirm CRPS?

Welcome and nothing you say is ever too long or boring. It often helps members to give advice which you may not have tried. If on the other hand you have tried something unsuccessfully - saves us repeating!

I have occipital neuralgia. A creeping, burning, stabbing pain. In my neck, down my back and arms. It is the most nasty of all my various types of pain. I never had a nerve block for it, but I can empathize with your occipital issues. God bless, and good luck. Keep us posted!

Many thanks for the reply. I think he is doing this as he's not sure if I Have CRPS or not - as I broke my collar bone last year and had it operated on - plated and pinned and have had nothing but trouble since, and am losing the use of my arm.

I'll get back to you and let you know .... thank you. X
