I've been having dull aches in my forearms and ankle/shins for over a week now, my veins seem to be more visible and it's pretty much constant. Any advice on what this may be?

Nope, as we cannot diagnose on this site. You need to go to a doctor

Wer does it say can I have a diagnosis? It states any advice! Pretty sure that's what this group for, u put your symptoms and then you get some advice. 😡 Anyway I get pains in my arms and I've also lost loads of weight, wich I've noticed has brung my veins out a lot more, but maybe u should ask your doctor to test your vitamin levels and iron and that, or are u using ur muscles more than usual? Wich wil bring your veins out more, hope u get sorted and if Answers! X
