I suffer from spinal stenosis. The doctor wants to operate. I am scared stiff to get the operation. A friend of mine had the operation and says every day she prays to die. So, even though I need it, I am afraid. I can't attend church because my legs hurt so bad. I also have fibromyalgia so that exacerbates the pain. My daughter just died in February and that causes pain in my heart. I suffer from depression and anxiety also. MY son died two years ago on my birthday. Yes, I suffer from great pain.

Fibromyalgia may be due to muscle over contracted problems. Stretching out over contracted muscle can be painful but well worth it. It is easy to diagnose Fibromyalgia from a set of symptoms. The causes for the symptoms are not always looked for.
