It doesn 't cost a lot and is well worth it for all the information, and also because they have local groups going as well. They have an excellent phone advice line, so if you are having problems, start with that.

Are you under the care of a rheumatologist? If not, then you need to be. Tell them your treatment isn't working well enough and you want to try something else. There have just been a whole lot new biological drugs approved for AS, so they should have something better to offer you.
