Left arm pain can indicate a heart problem even if you have no chest pain, so you need to see a Dr to rule out a heart problem.

As Sewnsew has said you need to see doctor to rule out heart problems. After that see a chiropractor to rule out neck nerve compression problems.

Worth getting an MRI scan of the neck to check for neck disc problems.
