As some of you may know I have already sent another question as I am a high surgery risk due to my rare blood clotting illnesses, which make post clotting a real risk.... My gynagologist does NOT want to operate, but has said I have my simple cyst which is unchanged, and they now say from my MRI I have an endrometrial cyst, which HAS BLED into itslef, I am in a lot of pain, but they don't want to remove it, due to my surgery risk, 4 specialists have looked at it, and say it does NOT look malignanat, although I know they can change. Has anyone out there got these same cysts and what treatement have you had. Is it always surgigal.......

I am one of the support line nurses at Ovacome and am sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing. Do feel free to give us a ring to talk things through- it is obviously quite a complicated situation and I wonder if you have had a chance to talk through your concerns with your specialist nurse. It could be that unless there are specific indications that it is cancer that they will not want to operate. You might want to discuss the fact that if they are not going to operate, how they are going to help you given the pain you are experiencing.

Our phone number is 08453710554 Mon-Fri 10-5

Best Wishes

Ruth
