I am having a recurrence and my stomach lurches like I am on a roller coaster. Has anyone else had this and do you know what it is? Is it ascites?

Thanks

Mine does it every time I think of the OC! I think it is otherwise known as panic!

No it's not panic it's a very physical symptom, not related to my mental state (I'm a psychologist btw). Does anyone have this?

I had this very strongly before my op and get it still, less now. As far as I know, the OC is being held in the background now. It may be to do with the surgically induced menopause I went through, as it feels like a rush of adrenaline. Horrible feeling! It sometimes comes before a hot flush or a migraine. I think, in my case, it may be linked to hormones ...no evidence or expertise in this, just a "gut" feeling. I agree about it being physical, not psychological.

Thanks Wendy, I hadn't thought of hormones, it does feel like adrenaline I agree
