Hello, I feel such a chump, having been using this forum for nearly five years. I have read countless messages and even offered opinions and advice based on my own circumstances.The problem is I don't know how to start a message to ask for advice, opinions and help. I wonder if you could tell me how to start? Thank you. Xx

Go to the top of the page where the Ovacome title and logo is…underneath that you should see a blue tab that says ‘write’. Click or press it and you will get a box which has a title section and below a message section. So you can give your post a title such as ‘Update on me’ and then type what you want to say in the lower box. Once you have finished it should say ‘post’ click or press and you will see your post come up on the feed! x
