Well definitely the joints are sore and the eyes are dimming and the hearing is going haha. By the way collecting the Fosavance today asked the chemist is it wise to take Magnesium with it or with Calcium and he said yes, so I will be buying that tomorrow,

I read the book years ago and it contains some deep truths about life and the importance of loving and accepting other people as they are, which all of us on here can relate to, having lost various bits, changed shape etc!
