had bloods my ca125 has alivated but consultant not worried as I've had scan and all was good

CA125 can be alivated for so many reasons. Like Covid infection ( in my case), then high fiber diet intestinal blockage ( my case ) etc. But I had first recurrence OC last february with CA just fkng 19 !
