Just pondering on this. I was diagnosed in 2019, 6 lots of chemo, no surgery. disease stable for 6 months. Progression then 6 more chemos, surgery, NED at the moment.
If (when) it comes back, would that be counted as first recurrence, or second

I would have thought 1st recurrence …. Stay healthy and fab news about being NED! may that continue indefinitely xxxxx
sounds to me like it would be first recurrence as you were not previously NED?
