Hello lovely ladies, I’m just wondering if anyone has been offered and started this therapy trial. I have been asked to consider this and would like to know if anyone is on the trial, if so have you had any side effects, can you still work and what is quality of life like.

I had caelyx/carboplatin chemo and was told if it worked I could have gone on the ICON9 trial which I would have done, unfortunately the chemo didn't work so I am now on the prompt trial. Hoping the trial goes well for you. Sue xx

I was offered it but I had to point out that as I was on 3 types of blood pressure tablets, I wasn't eligible as it showed on the cancer research trials section. Here is the link. Apologies if you have already seen this. Good luck whatever you decide.
