FRAME trial ( for low grade OC)

Hi I just wondered if anyone is currently on the FRAME phase 1 trial FAK inhibitor and duel RAF/MEK inhibitor. I am considering and being considered for this trial. I would really appreciate and feedback especially about any side effects experienced. Thank you so much. Jo x

Yes I’m in the U.K. it’s a trial with both the inhibitors for low grade serous

Sounds kind of promising from what I looked up. If I were offered this I’d research it further as I hadn’t gotten to side effects. But I do think they are in phase two and have determined the safe dosage.

Hi. My mum is on this trial - has been for just over 3 years now, mum was the second person to be accepted on the trial. I’ve posted a few times about the trial and results if you look back at these posts. Happy to ask mum though if you have any specific questions. Xx
