Finally a little sleep!

For all of us suffering through sleepless nights, sleeping half the night only to be awake the other half fretting, for me finally a drug free solution. I ordered a pair of sleep phones (pajamas for your ears)😁. I ordered the wireless Bluetooth kind and it pairs with my iPhone. I put on real fan noise from Spotify and the white noise puts me right to sleep! I don’t hear my husband snore or any outside noise and the constant white noise puts me right out. It also lets me go back to sleep when I have to wake up to go to the bathroom.........

Might not work for everyone but just wanted to share

That's amazing. Happy it works for you. Can I ask, do they stay on okay. I sometimes get quite restless and would worry about them falling off. Are they quite robust?

Yes they are a headband with the headphones and stay on even when I toss and turn
