A blood test result on Friday tests suggests a t-MDS/t-AML diagnosis will be next for my mum, although she hasn't had marrow testing yet to confirm. I am looking for answers and support from anyone who is going through it or who has had a loved one go through this.
It is massive a blow as she's been doing so well physically, aside from having to deal with thrombocytopenia and anemia with fluid infusions and occasional blood transfusion, and having to go on blood pressure medication.

Thank you. Most recently she finished Gemcitabine and Cisplatin.
Her first line was Carboplatin and Taxol, followed by Avastin.
She’s had one recurrence, but this last cycle was the third line because last summer when the recurrence occurred, she had three infusions of Doxil but was unresponsive to that.
I know that there is a very low chance of leukaemia from use of Olaparib but not heard of this from standard chemo though having looked up it appears there is. I've not come across any ladies this has happened to and I hope you and your Mum get the support you need. please keep us updated. Big Hug. Kathy xx
