Thanks for this. I wonder if this is the trial my mum is on, has been for three years s now. She is definitely on VS6063 in combination with another drug. Mums tumours have reduced by 60% since she has been on this. It’s great it has been opened up more widely xx

The drug in this trial is VS-6766 (Dual RAF/MEK Inhibitor) given either alone and in Combination With Defactinib (FAK Inhibitor).

Phase 2, included in the UK, started in Dec 2021.

Hi. Mum is on both MEK and FAK inhibitor, starting the phase 1 trial with the Royal Marsden in January 2018. We understood from the team there it was being moved into phase II. The clinical trial information also said other name ‘VS-6063’ which is why I wondered whether it was the same trial mum is on. Mums results have been positive if so.
