Hello everyone. My mom is on Olaparib 6 months now. And today she done blood test, ca125 rised from 175 to 290... we all are in shock. Previous months ca125 rised +20

Did somebody had the similar situation?

She feeling very well and working.

Hello SanssaMy ca125 went up more gradually and seemed to be stable at about 250 . I felt well for more than 2 years but eventually became symptomatic with my first recurrence. If your Mum feels well, that’s great... long may it consider but if she starts to feel that something is going on... get her back to her oncologist straight away xx

Hi Sanssa, Try not to worry if she is feeling well. Have also been on Olaparib for 6 months, last 3 months ca125 been rising by about 20 a month. Last week had a completely unexpected result where it has gone down by 15 to 70. So it’s not certain that it will carry on going up, fingers crossed for you all. Merry Christmas xx
