Hi is anyone on the COC protocol meds. If so how's it going and how do you get on it?
COC protocol: Hi is anyone on the COC protocol... - My Ovacome
COC protocol
Hi win_56, I stared taking the COC meds in April/May last year, along with my chemotherapy and some supplements. I think the COC meds worked together synergistically with the chemo drugs and at the end of the chemo-treatment, I achieved NED. I am still taking the COC meds and have had no issues with them. Sending hugs and positive vibes.
Thank you for your reply. Does your oncologist prescribe them. Can I ask you what the meds are and the dosage if you don't mind?
Hi win_56, I am glad to be of help. My oncologist does not prescribe the Care Oncology Clinic drugs. Initially, a COC doctor prescribed them for me, but later, I just started ordering them from an online pharmacy that allows purchasing prescription medicines without a prescription.
Per the COC protocol:
*Metformin: 500 mg x 2/day
*Atorvastatin: 40 mg x 2/day
*Mebendazole: 100 mg x 1/day
*Doxycycline: 100 mg x 1/day
NOTE: The first 2 weeks, take 1/2 doses of Metformin and Atorvastatin.
NOTE: Alternate Mebendazole and Doxycycline every 30 days.
If I can provide further information, please feel free to ask. Hugs.
Hi mk66, Thank you for being so generous with sharing your drug cocktails. Can I further ask about your cancer type and stage, how long you've being taking your drugs/supplements and how are you doing on them?? Much appreciated. I am low grade diag. 3b 6 years ago. Thinking about taking coc drugs and supps. Thank you. Gwen Xx
Hi thomas62,
I was diagnosed in May 2018 with moderately differentiated mucinous/endometrioid adenocarcinoma with clear/secretory change. Was staged 1C (surgical spill). Had no chemo.
About nine months later, in February 2019, I had a recurrence - two big tumors in pelvis and metastases to the liver. I would have been staged 3B, per PET scan findings.
In March 2019, I started Joe Tippens’ protocol and in April 2019 - my chemotherapy (Paclitaxel/Carboplatin/Avastin) along with the COC meds. Gradually adding/changing different supplements. My oncologist was a bit surprised that I achieved NED with the 6 chemo cycles so it seemed the meds/supplements were helpful. Hope to keep it that way.
Have never stopped the COC meds, had no problems with taking any of them.
Have you found any specific supplements that work for you? Thank you. xx
Hi again, mk66,
Low grade oc doesn't respond to chemo very well although I have had carbo/taxol over 18 weeks. I have had 3 surgeries over the 6 years the last was last October. I have had a bowel resection and a ureter resected. I have bi-lateral ureteral stents fitted but hope to have them removed in July. I am in reoccurence again but Tamoxifen is hopefully keeping me stable. I was diagnosed in 2014 as 3b. I have been taking various supplements over the years but I don't know any that I could say particularly worked. I have been on both Indole 3 Carbinol and DIM which are for hormone receptive cancer which mine is. I have read Jane's book and have started to re-read it . I have also read \Joe Tippens and his protocol. I think I may go down the COC centre protocol - do you think alternating Menbendazole with Fenbendazole or just using one alone. Can I ask about your diet mk66 - is it very strict or otherwise - what do you eat/drink? Best wishes. Gwen xx
Hi thomas62, sorry you have to deal with this. Cancer sucks. Adding the COC drugs and/or Fenbendazole to Tamoxifen might potentially support your healing. You have nothing to lose.
I do not alternate Mebendazole and Fenbendazole - I am taking both since my perspective is that, although the drugs are from the same drug family, both are working slightly differently. But it is just me.
Right after my recurrence, I changed my diet to vegan-keto. However, about two months later, I became anemic and began to feel weak, and decided my diet to not be so strict.
Now, my diet is no sugar (only berries and Granny Smith apples), predominantly plant-based, low-protein, low-fat, low-glycemic index foods. Organic as much as possible. Cook and bake from scratch. About 2 times a week, I have fish, eggs, turkey and/or chicken. Avoid dairy, but occasionally have some cottage cheese, sheep feta cheese or Bulgarian yogurt. Avoid gluten, but occasionally have sourdough bread. Use Stevia and Monk fruit extract sweeteners.
Daily, I drink about 2.5 L of water and about 400 mL of juice from ginger, turmeric, lemon, carrots, celery and beets. Teas that support detoxification as well as coffee, cacao and kombucha.
Nothing too crazy.
What is your diet? Thank you. xx
Hi mk66,
Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated. Is it ok to take Menbendazole and Fenfen together at the same time? My diet is porridge oats or Weetabix with mix of soya/oat milk. Lunch is either home made soup - generally leek/potato or brocolli/cauliflower with a slice of bread either wholemeal, white or sourdough. Evening meal is either beans/toast or spag boll or cottage pie or perhaps stewing steak, boiled potatoes and veg. like peas/cabbage. Other than M & S's stewing steak I use venison as I think it's grass pastured more perhaps with less anti-biotics pumped in them. I have soya yogs. or berries with soya cream/icecream. I am trying to drink more green tea (with matcha) and have the odd black tea with soya milk. I also juice most days generally Kale, spinich, fresh ginger, a green apple. Very little red wine. I usually have more fish, prawns, salmon, cod from Waitrose but can't get there at moment as stuck indoors as a vulnerable person. I am also looking at more supplements now including Shark liver oil capsules. What do you think? I am oestrogen positive/progesterone negative. Gwen x
Hi thomas62,
Thank you for sharing. Good diet. And delicious.
I have no idea if taking Mebendazole and Fenbendazole together at the same time is safe. I just decided to try it. I read that some cancer patients had used Fenbendazole at a triple dose without having side effects. I also assumed that combining both antitumorigenic drugs would be more effective than taking each one of them alone. So, I began taking, on and off, Mebendazole (100 mg) and Fenbendazole (222 mg) about 10-12 hours apart. Have had no problems so far.
Besides Tamoxifen, what medications and supplements have you been taking? How are your blood glucose and cholesterol levels? Shark liver oil, Omega 3 EPA/DHA and olive oil are healthy fats and it is good to be added to any supplement regimen. I have not encountered any information that says that they drive oestrogen positive cancers.
If you have not already, I would recommend checking the Facebook group “Healing Cancer Study Support Group” - there is very helpful information there. Hugs. x
Hi again mk66,
In the past couple of months I have been following a protocol via Patricia Peat of Cancer Options. Included salicilium and Pectasol C - quite expensive. Also on 2 monthly rotation the following 1. LDN, Low dose aspirin, Milk Thistle, Berberine,Vitd, DIM, Quercetin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Rec Clover, Melatonin. 2.LDN, Low Dose Aspirin,Berberine, Vit D, B & T Cell Support, B comples, IP6, TMG, Indole 3 Carbinol.
My husband is diabetic so has a blood monitor - mine was 4.1 last week 2 hrs after lunch - I think my cholesterol is just over 5. I've just order some Shark Liver Oil - Jane McClelland thinks highly of it. I will probably stay with my rotation supps when I go on the COC type protocol which I'm going to do via Clinic 158 in Glasgow. Just waiting for the paperwork to come through from them. Best wishes. Hi mk66,
Great news. Can I ask what supplements you are taking alongside the COC meds. Gwen xx
Hi thomas62, thank you. I hope you are having a great week.

Hi, I have just finished chemo and am now on Avastin. I have all my supplements ready to take, although I have no prescription meds. I am also looking at CBD oil and wondered if there are others taking it. x.
