Reply to Jenny not sent.

I have tried to reply to Jenny re bowel problems twice this evening. Each time the message goes pale grey so it can hardly be read and I get an error message I get the offer to resend but nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? Administration can you see the message and post it for me?
