Hello ladies. I haven’t seen any posts from Lindaura for quite a while. Has anyone heard from her lately. She is always there to help anyone and has a vast knowledge of this dreadful disease. I just hope she’s ok

P.S. during this lockdown period and delaying treatment do you personally think my husband and I

Could safely go to Chatsworth House, stay in the motorhome and just people watch. We wouldn’t be near anyone. My daughter and granddaughter would be with us but in their own car. Would we still be self isolating. My CSN said last week it would be ok but after the very latest news about the Coronavirus I’m not sure anymore.

I would go. You would be having the same contacts you always have. If no one else has used your vehicle I can’t see how you’d be in danger and it would do you good. Just hand wash etc.

Hi JustKBO, thank you for your positive reply. I posted that about Chatsworth 2 months ago just before we were on total lockdown but since then Chatsworth has closed. Now the lockdown has eased somewhat we were thinking about going somewhere for a change of scenery but I'm just so scared. We live at the edge of the Peak district and the roads out here have become so busy I doubt there would be anywhere to park anyway.

Lets hope sometime soon we will all be more confident and venture out into the big wide world.

Ha! I realised that afterwards. I don’t know why the App does that. I realise that the first messages I see are often months old So I try to check first before I reply. I hope you are well on the Rucaparib I have an oncology appointment tomorrow for the first checkup after starting. X

Hi there JustKBO, good luck with your appointment and please let me know how you get on. It’s a terrifying time meeting the oncologist but a necessary evil. I love my oncologist but he puts the fear of God in me.

Oh dear!

Angela! I am so sorry to have disappeared for so long and worrying you.

I have just been overwhelmed with my trial failing and then this Civid-19 catastrophe- and I am self employed as a holiday let agent in the city of Bath.

We attract hundreds of visitors from around the globe and I am facing refunds for hundreds if guests!

The cancellations are staggering.

Anyway, I have been snowed under.

I shall now compose a post about what exactly is happening to me health-wise right now!
