Hi Thankyou for replying, that explains why I feel nauseous and tired when I get to the afternoon . I have my scan tomorrow after finnishing chemo in august, that's 3rd line treatment in two years. I've been put on these as a stop gap 5 percent chance they will make a difference .
I didn't have much trouble while taking Anastrozole. But I think I've read on here of people taking it in the evening instead of the morning to try to ease the tiredness. Could it be worth looking into? Di
Just to let you know that I was prescribed AnastrOzole after mastectomy and Radiotherapy for breast cancer which was diagnosed between recurrences of PPC in 2018.
I started in May 2018 and had to take a break from Jan to Jun of this year while on 3rd line chemo for recurrence of my PPC. I'm now back on them. My fatigue hasn't got any worse since taking them. I certainly never felt nauseous but then I never have through all my chemo treatments either. My problem is my appetite increased and I have gained extra weight which I could do without !
The other annoying side effect is osteoarthritis in the index finger of my right hand and aches in my thumbs. I take Calci ahem
