Recurrence and treatment

Hello wonderful women. Has anyone had recurrence between the loop of small bowel and the rectum? How was it treated? TIA

I had a reoccurrence in my sigmoid at the end of the bowel had chemo carbo /Caylex and reoccurred again about 12 months later and had Caylex then had metts in my sacrum which I had radiation for then went on maintenance Taxol till I had positive test for braca 2 so am currently on Olaparib maintenance and levels are in the normal range again Have Scan schedule d Monday to see how things are going

my first and second recurrences were in that vicinity - carboplatin first time and now on a trial parp inhibitor and immunotherapy.
