NormalCA 125/abnormal WBC

Has anyone had an CA125 come back normal (10), but a CBC/WBC come back high-18,000?

I don’t know the second test you mention-does anyone else on here? Can you explain Frecklecheek?

Hi. I am in the US. The test was a white blood cell count.

There is a test called Ovplex too

Hi Frecklecheek. Without any additional info, we can only guess. Generally a high WBC (white blood cell) count indicates an infection or other illness in the body. It can also be caused by some medications (corticosteroids), general inflammation, etc. I would call the Dr. and get his/her advice. It may bear additional testing or it may be a wait and see. Only your Doctor can give you the information you need at this time. Congrats on the low CA125 and best wishes for a healthy outcome.
