I hope you are good and thinking of those on treatment in this heat. ๐
Well Iโm out tonight first time in four years!!!!
I plan to let my hair down away from all my problems at home.
I have litterley gone full hog and got my short hair weaved.
What I want to ask is the best beverage to avoid diarrhoea if possible??? Iโm still recovering from bowel reaction Iโm slowly getting better but donโt want any accidents in my white dress ๐ณ๐๐พ๐๐

Hi lovely you look fab!!! No idea which beverage would be best but Iโd definitely take some immodium before you go out and have some with you just in case x the only other thing might be to get some Tena pants if you could tolerate wearing them, spare pair in your bag and hey presto you might feel less anxious?
Your hair looks fabulous! Had to do a double take when you said it is a weave. Just... Wow! ( I am especially jealous cuz I just don't look good in long hair.)
As far as drinks just try to avoid the really fruity or veggies ones (like Bloody Mary) for sure.
You look beautiful, Zena!โบ I'm not sure what to advise to drink - I'm a bit 'square' I'm afraid and last had a drink in my late 20's! I know Guiness is supposed to settle tummies, but am pretty sure you wouldn't want a pint of that!๐
If you decide you don't want alcohol after all, get the bartender to fix you a really refreshing non alcoholic cocktail (with umbrella, all the trimmings etc). At least you'll feel spoiled that way!
And maybe just slip a wee pair of the Tena's in your bag too for a bit of security - knowing they are there often means that they turn out not to be needed (who knows why that works, but it seems to. The fates certainly work in mysterious ways)!
Hi Zena, it's great to see you looking so good. I can't help you out on the drink thing because I always drink rum and coke, I say always as I'm sitting here with a glass of red wine. In this weather I also like gin and tonic. I have the opposite problem to you. I have no end of trouble getting any action but that's where we're all different again.
You have a lovely night out and really enjoy yourself. Don't let the worrying spoil it for you.
Have whatever you fancy chuck, but possibly best done in moderation ๐ค. Just love the hair, itโs stunning as are you. Have a fab night, get the red paint ready to paint that town and enjoy โค๏ธXx Jane
So lovely to see you looking gorgeous and happy. What a difference and what a journey you have been on and come out the winner. You know my sick sense of humour and as I don't know any drink that stops diarrhea, perhaps order a bottle of wine, drink the wine but strategically place the cork to avoid accidents. Sorry darling. Couldn't resist xxxx
My stomach is fine with prosecco, red wine is a bit iffy!!!
Hope you had a nice night out, I bring immodium if I need to and when on radiotherapy recently always had a spare in my bag but thankfully didn't need it
