Hello, its great to see you're three years clear and gives me hope. Can I ask apart from the COC clinic drugs do you do anything else which may have prolonged your remission? Exercise, healthy eating etc. etc. I'm stage 3c, diagnosed in March and will try anything if it may help. I'm currently doing yoga, lots of exercise to increase oxygen uptake, dairy and meat free and generally looking after myself. Many thanks

Truthfully, everything. Googled to death!!!

Went on Chris Woollams site, get emails every month.

Take curcumin, eat turmeric & black pepper. Grow tons, keep chickens, forage & chew the toughest of wild food.

Take Q10, B vits, milk thistle, quarter aspirin. Rattle every morning!

Swim in sea every month except Dec,Jan & Feb.

Holiday with every spare penny.

We all must find our way, so I can’t recommend yours is same as mine. I am v happy.

I wish u all the v v best xxx

That all sounds great! I have also researched everything until I've gone a bit stir crazy. I need to feel I'm doing everything possible to help myself hence the exercise, diet, multi vits, immunotherapy drops etc. I'm happy to do that though. Many thanks for your reply and keep up the good work!
