Lynparza(Olaparib) just doesn't work at all?

Hi everyone,

My mom is BRCA active, and has been on Olaparib on maitenance for 48 days as of today. Her CA125 just keeps rising, from 67.17 （day 0）to 751.6 (day 34).

So this means the olaparib is just not working for her at all?

Has this been the case for someone else?

I always thought the Olaparib worked at least to some extent for all the BRCA active patients.......
