Teal Scarf
What a lovely present. And we all love a teal colour!
How have you been feeling ? X
Not been feeling brilliant. Had last chemo 30 November and have pains everywhere. Got another scan on the 22 Jan. Struggling emotionally keep thinking it's back but determined to try and put these thoughts to the back of my mind. Walked 5,400 steps today with some short bursts of jogging well shuffling. My latest book says the more exercise I do, I will feel less fatigued. Let's hope it works x x x
It does take quite a few months for aches and pains to subside after chemo. And you’ve been through some pretty tough operations.
It’s true that exercise does help you feel less tired but just a gentle amount to start maybe. It’s been a year since my last chemo and it’s only now I can actually to say I feel pretty much back to normal. Well, a different normal !
I think bowel issues are here to stay!
Be gentle on yourself. It’s early days. Xx
I finished my chemo in Nov of 2014, I get it I worked out with rubber bands walked and jogged a bit. I was able to go back to work in January. I should have taken a little more time. My job is demanding and can be quite physical. So take it easy and get plenty of rest. I think working out helped me and my cancer fortunately has not reared its ugly head. I pray for you the same. Lovely, it looks really soft and warm, it is a lovely gentle teal colour, just the thing for this chilly time of the year. Enjoy ❤️Xx Jane
I am a bit envious - it looks lovely and warm! Probably going to need it today as I think it may be frosty xx
Very nice you look lovely. Teal has become my favorite color. Crazy I know.
