True!!! I went out and bought a foot massager; same effect and it helps!!! Thanks for the tip. 😉😉

Also try putting a cold can of drink and roll, or frozen bottle??? Ice and massage.....

I go to bed with freezer bag tied to foot. If you have a wine bottle cooler that slips over foot nicely. Also just got cream which has capsicum as it's active ingredient. That is what makes chilies hot. The idea is that it overloads your nerves and they quit sending messages. It is by prescription. works sometimes for me and bizarrely seems to work well in combination with the freezer pack. Susan

Thanks I'll try that. My yoga class teacher sometimes brings spiky balls. They might work.
