Hi Barbara ..not sure if this works but give it a go. The abstract is on page 2 or 3 and is the forward written by Brian one of the founders of "team inspire" a US website like health unlocked
Hi Barbara I just tried the link and its a slide show ...so just scroll pages right to left should work. Otherwise you will find it on the "team inspire website. The introduction is written by the moderator Brian who is presenting it at Stanfordmedx soon.
