Wishing you the best with your chemo, I dont know about the alterations. I went out this afternoon to a high tea party in aid of cancer research and the party was full of sugar, apart from salmon and beef on brown bread. We got water to drink as well as tea coffee so the good part is water has no calories. I definitely need to be taken in after today. So ends my excursions for the the past few weeks.

wish it was that easy to get the birthday suit taken in! I'm always full pof good intentions re the weight, but getting nowhere.
